All those auditioning should have 60 second monologue memorized and a 1 - 16 bar cut from a song of your choice

Don HiteDon Hite - Music Director
Don Hite is a Broadway conductor, national producer, performing arts educator, and vocal coach to Broadway stars to young emerging artists. At 26, Don launched his NYC career the Associate musical director and conductor for "MISS SAIGON" (2nd national tour). He then spent four years conducting a 50 piece touring orchestra for Andrew Lloyd Webber's MUSIC OF THE NIGHT starring Betty Buckley, Colm Wilkinson, Marin Mazzie, and Melissa Manchester & then "Saturday Night Fever "(Bwy). On Broadway, Don conducted "The Wizard of Oz" with legends Mickey Rooney and Eartha Kitt at Madison Square Garden and produced Eartha's concert, 'One Purrr-fect Evening" twice, for Charleston and Savannah. Hite executive produced, developed, and staged "Lullaby of Broadway" for U.S. tour, and 15 years in performing arts education. He led child stars as Macaulay Culkin, Laura Bell Bundy at the famed Professional Children's School of NYC as Director of Theatre. FILM: "The First Daughter" directed by Forrest Whittaker. Guest artist residencies include Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah Arts Academy, St. Andrews School and Manhattan College. He Owns Don Hite Productions producing theatre, tours, and concerts throughout the U.S. As Musical Director: over 50 Productions for tours and regional theaters across the U.S.
Morgan CastoMorgan Casto
Morehead State University
Morgan Casto is the daughter of Mark and Greta Casto of Wurtland, KY. She is currently attending Morehead State University in KY. Morgan has been accepted by audition and interview to attend the West End Musical Training Program in London, England following her time at The Prizery. Morgan would like to thank her family and friends for their constant support, and her God for being the ultimate example of what it means to create. Enjoy the show!

Bobby is originally from St. Louis, MO, and is a rising sophomore Musical Theatre major at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He is thrilled to be working at the Prizery this summer and would like to thank his family for their undying love and support.
Caroline AttayekCaroline Attayek
Elon University
Caroline Attayek is a rising sophomore in Elon University's BFA musical theatre program from Greensboro, NC. She is thrilled to make her Prizery debut! Caroline is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts drama program, where she performed in Little Women as Amy March and a studio study of Romeo and Juliet as Juliet. Her Elon credits include Oklahoma! and Working (Young Grace). Other credits include Ragtime in Concert at Lincoln Center, Les Miserables (Cosette), The 25th Annual...Spelling Bee (Marcy Park), and Crazy for You (Polly Baker). Thanks to my parents, family, friends, and mentors for their endless support and love!
Tyler BucherTyler Bucher
Reinhardt University
Tyler Bucher is from Cartersville, Georgia. He attends Reinhardt University where he is receiving his BFA in Musical Theatre. Tyler has acted professionally around the Atlanta, Georgia area for two years now with The Atlanta Lyric Theatre and The Legacy Theatre. He's very excited to join the Prizery family, where he will be performing his first name roles in professional theater.

Grace Wiliams Grace Williams
Belmont University
Grace Williams is thrilled to join The Prizery this season! She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical theater from Belmont University and will be moving to New York after this summer season! Her recent credits include, Judy Haynes in White Christmas and Alice Bieneke in The Addams Family at Belmont University. She gives glory to God and thanks her Belmont professors, her family, and Joseph, for their constant support and love!
Jake SmithJake Smith
Elon University
Jake Smith is a rising Sophomore BFA Music Theatre Major at Elon University. This summer he will be playing Tony in West Side Story, Ensemble in Carousel, and a soloist in Red, White, and Broadway. He is originally from Richmond Virginia (RVA!) and is extremely excited to be back in his home state for the summer! Some of his favorite roles include Marius (Les Mis), Shrek (Shrek), Curly (Oklahoma), and Seymour (Little Shop). Lastly he would like to thank the Prizery for giving him the amazing opportunity to be in their productions this summer!

Kelly GlyptisKelly Glyptis
Virginia Opera
Kelly Glyptis has performed professionally with the Atlanta Opera, Va Opera, Cardinal Stage, Gray Ghost Theater, and Dominion Stage as well as with Pied Piper Theater, Operafestival di Roma, Canadian Operatic Arts Academy, Charley Creek Opera Workshop, and Indiana University Opera Theater. She was a two time winner of the IN District Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions as well as an encouragement award winner at the D.C. and NC Districts and Chicago Regionals. Miss Glyptis is a certified actor/combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors and holds a masters degree in vocal performance from Indiana University.

Terry Farley is excited to be making his debut at The Prizery this summer. Originally from Clearwater, Florida, he is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida's BFA Musical Theatre program. Professionally he has appeared in several productions throughout the country; including the Los Angeles premier of the new musical The Argonauts (Jason). Additional credits: She Loves Me (Georg; Theatre UCF), Urinetown (u/s Bobby; Theatre UCF) and Company (Robert; Eight O'Clock Theatre). FILM: The Infiltrator (dir. Brad Furman), Crime of Passion.
Christian RoachChristian Edward Roach
Christian Edward is a rising sophomore pursuing a Bachelor of Music at NYU Steinhart in the program of Vocal Performance with a concentration in Music Theatre and is in the voice studio of Dan Lawler. Christian is also pursuing a minor in Producing through Tisch School of the Arts. His recent NYU credits include Herr Schultz in Cabaret and Landon in Good Kids. In addition, Christian can be heard on WNYU's "America's New Now" for his impressions, most notably Ted Cruz. He is originally from Halifax, Virginia, and he is beyond thrilled to be joining Prizery summer theatre once again! Christian would like to thank his family and friends for their support throughout all of his endeavors.

Samford University
Evan is a native of Gadsden, Alabama, is a vocal performance major at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He has worked for several regional theatre companies including Red Mountain Theatre Company (AL) and College Light Opera Company (MA). His favorite roles include Gabey (On the Town), Pirate King (Pirates of Penzance), and Marius (Les Misérables).
Reagan OgleReagan Ogle
Elon University
Reagan Danel Ogle, a Kansas City native, is proud to be working at the Prizery as the Choreographer for the 2016 season! She has worked with Maine State Music Theatre (Shrek the Musical - Fiona, Fame - Carmen Diaz), Starlight Theatre, The Coterie Theatre, and has performed in multiple shows at Elon University. In the fall, Reagan will be working for Walt Disney World Florida as a cast member.

Radford University
Megan Fincher is a rising sophomore at Radford University. She is in the Department of Dance, working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree. Megan's hometown is right here in South Boston, VA, and she is ecstatic to bring her love of dance to the stage at The Prizery this summer!
Charley Bates
Berry College
Charley graduated from Berry College with a B.A. in Theatre and a minor in Women's Studies. She is thrilled to be returning for her third summer at the Prizery. This year she is taking on a new role as the Production Manager and continuing her role as the makeup and hair designer.
Hannah Maggard
Morehead State University
Hannah is an undergraduate at Morehead State University seeking her BA in Secondary English Education. While at MSU she has stage managed as well as assistant stage managed numerous shows including The Presidents Gala and the annual dance show Shifting Grounds (2016). She is so excited to work for The Prizery this summer as Assistant Stage Manager.

Disney's The Little Mermaid

Performances are June 2,3,10- 7:30pm, June 4, 11- 11am

Journey "under the sea" with Ariel and her aquatic friends in Disney's The Little Mermaid JR., adapted from Disney's Broadway production and the motion picture (featuring the enormously popular Academy Award-winning music and delightfully charming book and lyrics). Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories, Disney's The Little Mermaid JR. is an enchanting look at the sacrifices we all make for love and acceptance.


Rodgers & Hammerstein's Carousel

Performances are June 17,18,19,22,23,24,25,26

First performed in 1945, Carousel was a phenomenal hit, running for almost 900 performances. Critics hail it as Rodgers and Hammerstein's best work. Time magazine named it the best musical of the 20th century. Composer Richard Rodgers declared that Carousel was his personal favorite.

West Side StoryWest Side Story

From the first notes to the final breath, West Side Story is one of the most memorable musicals and greatest love stories of all time. Arthur Laurents' book remains as powerful, poignant and timely as ever. The score by Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim is widely regarded as one of the best ever written. The world's greatest love story takes to the streets in this landmark Broadway musical that is one of the theatre's finest accomplishments.

Kathryn is a rising senior in the BFA Musical Theatre program at Emerson College in Boston, MA. She will be appearing in the fall Emerson Stage musical as Shelby in The Spitfire Grill. Recent roles include: Ensemble in Merrily We Roll Along, Woman One in The World Goes ‘Round, Featured Singer in Family Weekend Showcase, and a Kit Kat Girl in Cabaret. She is excited to be spending her summer with The Prizery and thanks her family for their endless love and support.

Actor – Elon University
Joshua is an upcoming senior at Elon University, double majoring in Music Theatre and Arts Administration with a minor in Business. He is involved in numerous honor societies including Alpha Psi Omega, Phi Kappa Phi, and Phi Eta Sigma. Professional credits include: Young Confederate Soldier/Frankie Epps in Parade, directed by Eric Woodall and starring Lauren Kennedy. He is a certified Actor Combatant under the Society of American Fight Directors, with basic proficiency in Unarmed, Broadsword, and Rapier and Dagger, and has received intensive training in Commedia Dell'arte under Fabio Mangolini in Arezzo, Italy.

Benjamin is from Waynesville, NC, and has just finished his first year at Western Carolina University as a BFA Musical Theatre major. The first show Benjamin ever saw was Anything Goes over 10 years ago, so he is thrilled to finally be a part of the show that made him fall in love with theatre. Charley is a Berry College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre with a minor in Gender Studies. Originally from Phenix City, Alabama, she is excited to be returning home to the Prizery for her second year of summer theatre.
Haidee Dollak
Rehearsal Pianist – Elon University Faculty
Haidee grew up in New Jersey surrounded by classical music. Her formative years were spent shackled to the piano while her friends developed social skills. She learned her Clementi Sonatinas and Bach Inventions, went on to get her degree in Choral Education from UNC-Greensboro, and threw that out the window when, to her mother’s horror, she started playing show tunes. She is now staff accompanist for Elon University’s Music Theatre program, playing for musicals, voice lessons, and classes. She has accompanied in masterclasses with Ricky Ian Gordon, Adam Guettel, Jason Robert Brown, Andrew Lippa, Georgia Stitt, Susan Egan, Eden Espinosa, and Craig Carnelia, among others.

Danielle was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is currently a junior at Radford University and is working towards a B.A. degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Stage Management.

Assistant Technical Director; Marketing – Christopher Newport University
Daniel is a rising junior at Christopher Newport University. Originally from Halifax County, this is Daniel’s second summer working at The Prizery. There is truly no place like home!
Erika Higgins
Scenic Artist – Longwood University
Erika is a recent graduate of Longwood University with a BFA in Technical Theatre and a specialty in scenic painting. She is returning for her third summer here at The Prizery.
April Hill
Musical Director – Elon University Faculty
April specializes in teaching musical theater vocal technique and styles. Since 2006, she has been teaching voice lessons, classes, and occasionally musically directing at Elon University in NC. In addition to Elon, April has worked at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia as the Music Theater Specialist. A native of North Carolina, April received both her MM in Vocal Performance and her BM in Choral Music Education from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro (UNCG). She taught choral music in the public schools for 4 years and has been teaching private studio voice since 1998. April is a member of the National Association of Teacher of Singing; this is April's second summer as musical director at The Prizery.
Aimee Hollins
Front of House Intern – Moorehead State University
Aimee is from the small town of Jackson, KY. She will be a senior theatre major this fall at Morehead State University with minors in arts entrepreneurship and dance. A few of her most recent roles at MSU include stage managing Cabaret, house managing The Children's Hour, house managing The Boys Next Door, and assistant house managing the dance concert Connexions.

Ari is a rising senior at Berry College, originally from Cumming, Georgia. She is currently studying theatre with a minor in psychology.
Hope Maddox
Stitcher – Longwood University
Hope is from Amherst, VA, and recently graduated from Longwood University with a B.A. in Theatre with a minor in History. She focused on costumes and loves to work on them.
Terry Moore
Master Electrician; Assistant Lighting Designer – Indiana University of Pennsylvania
Terry is from Berwick, Pennsylvania. He currently attends Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he is a senior, majoring in theatre tech. Selected credits include master electrician, sound engineer, and stage hand for The Pajama Game, Christmas Carol, The Tempest, and other productions at Theatre by the Grove, where he currently serves as Resident Electrician.
Addie Pawlick
Production Stage Manager – Radford University
Addie is wonderfully delighted to be returning the The Prizery this summer! She was the assistant stage manager for last year's summer season-Hairspray and Les Misérables. Addie is from Chester, Virginia, and is going into her junior year at Radford University as a Theatre major with an emphasis in stage management and lighting design. Her most recent work at Radford University includes: lighting designer-Making A Scene, master electrician-Keep This For Me, and stage manager-Babe: The Sheep-Pig.
Natalie Robin
Scenic and Lighting Designer – New York University Faculty
Natalie is a NYC-based lighting designer of theater, opera, dance, music and performance art. Natalie’s design work often focuses on new American plays, contemporary dance and site-specific work. She has been a guest artist at Bard College, Muhlenberg College, University of New Haven and Williams College. Natalie is the winner of the Apollo Lighting 2011 Standing O Award, a Live Design Magazine 2008 Young Designer to Watch, and a Rolex Mentors and Protégés Arts Initiative 2014 nominee.
