Exhibit Project R & D Planning Page Planning Notes (12/15/04) • This page is intended to assist in the collection, organization, and communication of documents, images, and important links to the source materials. It should also help to eliminate the many document hard copies that are normally passed around and eventually misplaced. • Contributors can send material and recommended structure via email to me for inclusion. • This initial listing of documents is my attempt to bring structure and background to the nature of the war, it's beginning, and the significant events preceeding the crossing. The first meeting of the R & D committee is scheduled for January 11, 2005. It is my hope that we can use this mechanism (this page) to have some progress prior to that meeting. • This page can be segmented further to group and organize each segment of the exhibit. I will attempt to sequence this listing as if I were actually walking through the exhibit reading the wall plaques. (12/16/04) • Doug Powell has provided the initial groupings and these are easily identified by the yellow box. His 12/16 email notes have been included. Also, included are the relative weights of the detail required for each group. Submitted items in each group will be given a sub-group number for easy identification, i.e., 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc. • I can see that this one page will not be practical for very long so I will plan on making a separate page for each grouping and possibly even sub-grouping pages.
