AUDITONS FOR HONK! AUGUST 4, 11, AND 18 AT THE PRIZERY. HALIFAX COUNTY LITTLE THEATRE’S FALL CONTRIBUTION TO OUR COMMUNITY’S GROWING ARTS CALENDAR.
HONK! AUDTIONS HAVE BEEN SET FOR THE PRIZERY ON THREE MONDAY NIGHTS IN AUGUST. YOU ONLY HAVE TO COME TO ONE!!!!! AUGUST 4, 11, AND 18. AT 7:00PM. THE PRIZERY IS LOCATED AT 700 BRUCE ST, BESIDE THE SOUTHERN VIRGINIA HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER. PLEASE ENTER THE PRIZERY FROM THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT FACES THE DAN RIVER. HONK! Is the musical rendition of Hans Christian Anderson’s fairy tale, “The Ugly Duckling”. The show is an English import written by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe. This British writing team won the prestigious Lawrence Oliver Award in 2000 for HONK!  VIST THE OFFICAL HONK! We will need singers, dancers, soloists and chorus members. Please come to the Prizery Visitor’s Center on either Monday August 4, 11, or 18. The performance dates are Nov. 13, 14, 15 and 16th with two day time student performances during that week. Dates for those student performances are to be determined.
